We continue to monitor the current state of affairs with the Covid-19 outbreak and are taking precautions to prioritize the health of our staff and customers. It is and always has been our top priority to rigorously follow best practices and prescribed procedures as set forth by the Department of Health and the CDC and to maintain strict controls and a high level of execution as it relates to food safety and personal hygiene.
At this time our shops are open (with the exception of the Plaza Hotel) and we continue to make hot fresh doughnuts, on demand and to order for Pick-up and Delivery. We prepare every order fresh and immediately package and seal doughnuts in individual bags and boxes which minimizes their exposure to the air and maximize freshness.
We continue to thoroughly sanitize surfaces, equipment, displays and door areas at our shops throughout the day on a regular schedule.
Each store is equipped with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, soap and sanitization equipment.
Employees are required to wear masks and gloves at all times during their shifts and are provided with masks and gloves to wear to and from work and are encouraged to wear them during their commute.
Employees are required to wash hands regularly throughout the day.
Any Employee who is experiencing any flu or cold symptoms are required to stay home.
All food sampling has been discontinued.
Interactions with all couriers and delivery people are being conducted at a safe distance and packaged are sealed and prepared for contactless delivery.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow the guidance of the CDC and local health authorities to keep you safe and informed.
The restaurant community is coming together to find ways to help confront the virus while offering our customers a sense of normalcy. We will continue to do our part to safely serve our customers, employees, and vendors.
