Where are you located?You can visit Doughnuttery at any of our three permanent locations along with various seasonal pop-up shops. 1) The iconic Chelsea Market, inside the 15th street entrance between 9th and 10th avenue (look for the red awing.) Once in the Chelsea Market you can follow your nose to our delicious doughnuts! Or if you enter from a differnt side of the Chelsea Market, just look for the "Doughnuttery" signs. 2) The Turnstyle Marketplace, which is located in the Columbus Circle subway station under 8th avenue between 57th and 59th street. Don't worry you dont need to be taking the subway to come by! 3) The Historic Plaza Hotel, lower level food hall, located at One West 58th street. 4) Various pop-up shops and markets around the city including Bryant Park Winter Village, Union Square Holiday Market and Broadway Bites.

Our doughnut makers love to be busy and we can usually accomadate earlier AM orders and later PM orders.

What kind of doughnuts do you sell?Hot, fresh, uniquely sugared ones! They are mini cake doughnuts fried to golden perfection and then sugared in your choice from our 25 unique and special sugars. We also have homemade dipping sauces for the side. Take a look at our online menu for details on all of our one-of-a-kind flavors!

What are the size of your doughnuts?Our doughnuts are mini, which means around 2 inches in diameter. We typically recommend a serving size of 2-4 doughnuts per person but it depends on a number of factors including how hungry you and your guests will be and what else you may be serving.

How long do your doughnuts last?Not long if you brought an appetite! We reccomend consumption of these scumpcious delights as soon as possible, as they are served best hot and fresh! But if you are gifting them to a special someone, they will be fine for 24 hours if you keep them sealed air-tight. You can optionally place your mini doughnuts in a 350° toaster oven for a minitue to give them a little dose of heat.

Allergen information? (Nuts, Eggs, Dairy, Wheat)"We are not a nut-free bakery, as many of our sugars use the same equipment where nuts have also be present. Our PBCP ad PB&J both contain peanut flour and our famous Paris Time sugar contains pistachio flour. Our batter/doughnuts themselves are nut-free but the doughnut flour is made in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts. Our batter does contain Dairy, Eggs and Wheat. If you have any questions about allergy information please let us know so we can better guide you on a sugar selection if you wish to eat some of our delicatable doughnuts.

Do you have doughnuts that are Gluten-Free or Vegan?We do not have Gluten-Free or Vegan doughnuts at this time. But keep an eye out, hopefully in the near future we will be able to offer some of these delights to our customers.

How long has Doughnuttery been open?We first opened our doors in 2012 at the Chelsea Market. Since then we have doubled, added more catering options, and outdoor market divisions. Keep on the lookout for additional units coming!

Do you Cater?Yes! Whether you’re looking to cater your next party, business meeting, wedding, bar mitzvah, or more, Doughnuttery will be happy to create a unique doughnut experience for any occasion! Check out our catering page for more information.

Do you deliver?Yes, we deliver to the five boroughs using a courier service or food delivery platform including GrubHub, Seamless, TryCaviar, EZ-Cater, Uber Eats, and Postmates. Delivery fees may apply depending on where you are located and what option you chose. Doughnuts arrive in our fun kraft colored pizza boxes. To find out more check out our Catering page.

Do you Franchise?Yes, we are looking to partner with experienced and qualified franchisees and qualified investors to grow Doughnuttery to major U.S media markets and international locations. Prospective franchisees must have: $500k net worth and $250k liquid capital available to invest. Readiness to develop a minimum of 3 or more units. What is your return policy?We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their order. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right! If there are any issues with your order please bring it to one of our Doughnuteers attention ASAP and they will be happy to assist.
